Ingredients

  • 3 cups puffed rice.
  • 2 Potatoes , boiled, peeled and chopped into tiny cubes
  • 1Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato finally chopped
  • Cilantro handful finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • Tamarind chutney as required
  • Green chutney as required
  • 1 cup Sev for garnish
  • Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
  • Papdi - handful crushed
  • Cucumber 1/2 chopped into tiny pieces

Method

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients except puffed rice and sev in a large bowl. Add the tamarind chutney and green chutney according to taste preferences. Finally add the puffed rice and mix together. Garnish with sev and serve immedietely. (otherwise it will become soggy)
