Chicken Meat Balls

  • 500g Chicken Mince
  • 1tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 5tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Bread slices if large 2 if small
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-2 cup milk
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 egg
  • Fresh Coriander as needed


Step 1

Soak bread slices in the bowl of milk. Take out the slices and squeeze to pour out the milk. Mix these slices in the minced chicken. Put 1tsp of black pepper & 1-2 tbsp of coriander in the minced chicken. Add 5tbsp of corn four in the mixture.

Step 2

Put 1 chopped onion in the chicken. Add salt as suited to your taste & put 2-3 green chillies. Add an egg in the above mixture. Mix all the mixture well Leave it for almost half an hour. Oil your palms slightly and make small balls from the mixture.

Step 3

Fry the balls and then take out to serve. Insert a toothpick in each meat ball to give it a look of one-bite dish.

Step 4

serve with ketchup or any dipping sauce.
