Chicken Pakora

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken ½ kg (large cubes)
  • Cumin 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Gram flour 2 cups
  • Pomegranate seeds 2 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Citric acid 1 tsp
  • Coriander and mint leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method

Step 1

Combine gram flour, chicken, coriander leaves, mint leaves and all the spices in a bowl. Add water to it and make a thick mixture. Now drop a tablespoon full in hot cooking oil till golden.

Step 2

Sieve out on absorbent paper. Serve pakoras with mint chutney. and ketchup
