Crunchy Chicken Burger

Ingredients

  • Burger buns 2
  • Chicken breast 2
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Lettuce leaves 2
  • Tomato slices 4
  • Honey mustard sauce as required
  • Thousand Island dressing as required
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Mustard powder ½ tsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Corn crumbs ½ cup
  • Bread crumbs 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Marinate chicken breasts with salt, mustard, pepper and vinegar. Coat in beaten egg and milk mixture, then in crumbs, and deep fry in frying pan. Cut the chicken breasts into two fingers and use in the burger.

Step 2

Toast the buns with butter, spread with honey mustard sauce, put lettuce then fried chicken, tomato slices, top with thousand island dressing.

Step 3

Then cover with bun and serve with fries.
