- 3 tablespoons liquid egg whites

- 5.5-ounce bag of chewy caramels
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons softened butter

In a blender, mix liquid egg whites, milk, and softened butter until smooth. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream and chewy caramels until melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add to the blender; process both mixtures until smooth.
Pour into ramekins and tightly cover each with plastic wrap. Chill in freezer for 4 hours or until set. Serve with whipped dessert topping.
