Ingredients

  • Samosa patti as required
  • Mince 300 grams
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Onion 2
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander ¼ bunch
  • Green chili 3
  • Oil for frying

Method

Step 1

In a pan add mince along with garlic, ginger and salt boil them. After this add onions, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and red chili powder. Cook and sauté. Also add green chilies, green coriander and in the end fill the filling into samosa patti.

Step 2

Fry in hot oil and serve. Qeemay kay Samosay is ready to serve. serve with ketchup and chutney.
